L'Asie lance un accord d'échange de devises

Les pays d'Asie ont lancé hier un accord d'échange de devises (swap) de 120 milliards de dollars destiné à fournir de la liquidité en cas de nouvelle crise financière. Il concerne la Corée du Sud, la Chine, le Japon et les dix pays de l'Association des nations d'Asie du Sud-Est (Asean).
